Recently, luxury car auction house RM Sotheby announced that the world championship Ferrari F-2000 driven by Michael Schumacher is heading to auction in Hong Kong. The F-2000 marks Schumacher's first of five consecutive driver's world championships. The ground-breaking Ferrari F-2000 was designed to feature a new 90-degree 3.0-liter V10 that churned a stratospheric 815 horsepower. This new engine design gave the car lower gravity and better aerodynamics.

The vast improvements in aerodynamics allowed the Ferrari F-2000 to be a world-beater, capturing the first three race victories, and winning 10 of the 17 races, with Schumacher winning nine and teammate Rubens Barrichello winning the dramatic 2000 German Grand Prix. Michael Schumacher and Scuderia Ferrari would celebrate titles by the season's end, thus kicking off five years of dominance. The auction marks a rare opportunity town and experiences a legendary Ferrari F1 car.
