Earlier this month, Ferrari wrapped up testing for the new Ferrari 499P hypercar at the Vallelunga Circuit in Rome, Italy. The goal of the test was to improve the 499P 's reliability in long-distance running in preparation for next year's World Endurance Championship. Since July, the Ferrari 499P has completed nearly 10,000 miles of testing at tracks around Italy and Portugal.
The Ferrari 499P will compete in its first-ever race at the 1000 kilometers of Sebring to be held at the Sebring International Raceway in Florida on March 17th, 2023. The Ferrari 499P will compete under longtime Ferrari partner AF Corse.
