The Portofino is assuming the role that has, until just recently, been filled by the California T. It's a front-engine, V8-powered retractable hardtop convertible, and its starting MSRP is the lowest you'll find on a Ferrari. The Portofino isn't just a facelifted California T, though.

MORE POWER

Ferrari started with an entirely different chassis for the Portofino, and managed to shave significant weight as compared with its predecessor. The Portofino boasts more power, with 591 horsepower and 561 pound-feet of torque.

IMPROVED HANDLING

If you drive both the California T and the Portofino back to back, you may notice the biggest differences in the Portofino's suspension. With stiffer springs and an improved MagneRide system, you'll find that handling is even more responsive when you're in Sport mode and it's even more comfortable when you're in Comfort mode. We call that a win-win. The Portofino also features electronic power steering, as seen in the 812 Superfast.

?BETTER LOOKING

Even if you aren't the biggest fan of the California T's styling, we hope you love the aesthetics of the Portofino as much as we do. Its sleek, aerodynamic beauty is, as we see it, incontrovertible.
