A new Ferrari model is gracing the streets of China, and its name is Portofino. Taking after the exotic Italian village in Genoa, this new Ferrari sports an elegance all its own. Those who follow the Ferrari brand closely may remember the Portofino's September 2017 unveil in Frankfurt, but this supercar is now available for sale in China just in time for Ferarri's 70th Anniversary. Launched in Nansha, a Southern Chinese harbor town reminiscent of Portofino, this new Ferrari model is making a splash both regionally and internationally thanks to its dynamic design and sporting elegance.
More About the New Ferrari Portofino
This new Ferrari supercar features a meaty turbocharged V8 engine that gives it best-in-class power (think 0-100 km/h in 3.5 seconds). Variable Boost Management technology also adds to the mix, adjusting torque delivery to best suit whichever gear the Portofino is currently in while driving. But that's not all. This Ferrari also features third-generation electronic rear differential (E-Diff 3) technology, and electric power steering (EPS) - a first for the GT range. Matteo Torre, President and CEO of Ferrari Greater China has this to say about the new Portofino: "[it] strikes a perfect balance between performance and versatility". We can't help but agree.
