There's no doubt that the new Ferrari lineup is meant to be gawked at. Whether it's cruising through the streets of the greater Dallas area, or if it's lined up and on display at an international auto show somewhere around the world. And we certainly couldn't help but stare at the 964 Ferraris that took to the Silverstone race track in the United Kingdom earlier this month.

That's right - nearly a thousand of them, all led by Scuderia Ferrari driver, Felipe Massa in a 458 Spider. And, if you're thinking this set some sort of record, you're right.

A Guinness World Record, to be exact: the largest parade of Ferraris ever. It even broke the previous world record, set in 2008 at the Fuji Speedway Circuit in Japan (490 Ferraris in one place). And even more than that, for each car that circled the track, the automaker donated five pounds to BEN, a UK organization that works to provide benefits for auto employees and their families. They pulled in just under $8,000 at the end of the day.

And as if nearly 1,000 Ferrari models wasn't already too many packed into one place, the automaker also brought along some stellar examples from their own portfolio, including an F12berlinetta.
